びおらは2022年7月南麻布にオープンいたしました。
武者小路千家の家元に生まれ、懐石料理に造詣が深い後藤加寿子が、
「懐石の心は家庭料理にある」という考えを基に作り上げた空間です。

大切にしたいことは
出汁をきちんととること
旬の食材を吟味すること

現代の家庭では忘れがちなことを丁寧に表現し、みなさまにおもてなしをいたします。

Welcome to “びおら” (Viola). We offer casual but quality cuisine.

“Viola” opened in Minami-Azabu in July 2022.
“Viola” was created by Kazuko Goto. She was born to the head of the Mushanokoji Senke family (one of the main schools of tea ceremony) and has a deep knowledge of kaiseki (sophisticated traditional Japanese cuisine). Our space is designed on her belief that “the heart of kaiseki lies in home cooking.”

Our fundamental respect:

  • Put our heart and soul into making dashi
  • Deliberate about seasonal ingredients

While these things are important, they are often forgotten in modern households. We express them with courteousness and hospitality.

Passage of the seasons especially looks and sounds beautiful in Japan and its feeling brings joy to us. We hope you can feel these changes in our dishes, plates, and decorations.
